This cozy yet spacious retreat features streaming-capable televisions, a comfortable living area with a convenient sleeper sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom comes with generously sized bathrooms for added comfort. Enjoy the covered patio with outdoor seating and take in the front-row view of Roark Creek as it flows toward the serene beauty of Lake Taneycomo.

As our guest, you will be granted an all-access pass to the plethora of amenities available at Roark Creek. Enjoy a leisurely swim at the indoor pool or revel in the sunshine at the seasonal community outdoor pool, where the Lift Assist Chair offers added convenience. Unwind in the Cabana area adorned with inviting seating and a crackling Firepit, or maintain your wellness routine at the fully equipped fitness center. Building B also houses 2 sets of coin-operated washers and dryers for the ultimate convenience. This is a downstairs unit with one flight of stairs down to enter.  There is not an elevator in the building.
